How to create an innovative trade-marketing campaign?


Trade-marketing has earned the title of the most effective branches in marketing, and yet many are not able to use its complete potential. Employing older and less innovative forms of promotion, they lose the competition.

Our role at ASM Sales Force Agency is to support Clients in effective sales and improving products’ visibility in shops. Therefore, together with our partners from XBS Group and 360° Advalue, we organised another workshop on the subject of innovative management of trade-marketing campaigns.

Robert Sieńko, the coauthor of the exclusive portal addressing sales support materials in retail shops, was our special guest.

The experts from ASM SFA thoroughly looked into all details of a successful POS campaign. Paweł Waśko and Zbigniew Sierocki emphasised the crucial role of choosing the right partner and well-defined brief, they addressed the obstacles that should be expected and which IT systems we should trust.

Using practical case examples from the field, Advalue representative presented trade campaign from a point of view of an advertisement agency. Next the XBS Group experts focused on the analysis of supply chain management.
